High Pressure Pneumatic Counter Weight System

The up/down movement of spindle creates gravity, acceleration, and temperature rise, thus effecting the machinery positioning and repeatability precision. These phenomena can be eased through the use of counter weight system, which eliminates the inertia and enhances the processing precision and speed.

The current pneumatic counter weight system has originated from counter weight blocks, hydraulic counter weight system, and nitrogen counter weight system in early days. The pneumatic counter weight system from Deter Enterprise overcomes the problems in traditional hydraulic counter weight, such as damping (air speed is about 800 times over water); temperature (oil temperature), the nitrogen storage, supplement, temperature (certain oil within the system); and neglected high pressure vessel moving laws. It increases the sensibility of spindle and upgrades the processing speed and precision at the same time.

In line with the automatic balancing structure in counter weight system, the high pressure air cylinder and vessel include air booster pump, air counter weight cylinder, storage vessel, and digital type pressure switch. Among these units, air booster pump offers high pressure source; air counter weight cylinder offers spindle counter weight; storage vessel offers high pressure air storage; and digital type pressure switch offers pressure and accurate control figure.
